This is the name of the program Microsoft installs on your computer under your users account\AppData\Local\Microsoft\SkyDrive for connecting to Microsoft's OneDrive. You will only have this program on your computer if you opened OneDrive at some point in time. Even if you simply look to see if you're interested, you end up with this program on your computer.
