Star Office – SOFFICE.EXE

A file called soffice.exe is the main executable for Star Office 6.x or later by Sun Microsystems or Open Office, an "open source" alternative to Microsoft Office. More information on Star Office can be found at http://wwws.sun.com/software/star/staroffice/. More info on Open Office can be found at http://ooqstart.sourceforge.net.

You may also have a file called quickstart.exe running on your system. That places an icon in your system tray that you can use to launch Star Office quickly.
