Macromedia Director and Shockwave – SWDIR.DLL

Swdir.dll is the Macromedia Shockwave ActiveX control. It installs with Macromedia Director and with the Macromedia ShockWave Flash Player version 7.x. This file should not need to be running all the time. It will run whenever using these Macromedia products or when double-clicking any supported file type.
