Toshiba Tablet Password Utility – TOSDCR.EXE

Tosdcr.exe will be found in your c:\Program Files\TOSHIBA\PasswordUtility folder. As you might guess, this file password protects your Toshiba tablet PC. This utility lets you use the pen to write your password on the tablet. Some users report bugs with this program that result in failed authentication. If you don't use Toshiba's password protection you can uninstall it via Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs or you can remove this file from your Startup Programs using WinPatrol.
