BitDefender Antivirus – BDNAGENT.EXE

Bdnagent.exe installs with BitDefender and BitDefender Pro Antivirus and Firewall products. It launches the realtime virus monitor that runs in the background as a service whenever you have BitDefender enabled. On most systems, this means that the file will be running all the time.
