3Com modem driver – COMSMD

This file installs with 3Com network cards. It places an icon in your system tray that can be used to get information or to run diagnostics on your 3Com NIC. The same diagnostics can be accessed via the Control Panel or "Network Neighborhood". So if you can live without the icon in the system tray, the file can be safely removed.
