Multiple Programs – DLACTRLW.EXE

A file called dlactrlw.exe and dlashx_w.dll are installed by Veritas Software Corp. Files called px.dll, dxdrv.dll, pxmas.dll and pxwave.dll may also appear on your system. These files may be needed when using Sonic DLA or Roxio Direct CD, programs that allow you to use a CR-RW disk as if it was a hard drive so you can drag and drop files to the disk. The files don't appear to be needed when writing to CD-R. They may also appear by BackupExec and CommandCentral by Veritas. More information and support can be found at http://support.veritas.com/.
