Google Updater – GOOGLEUPDATERSERVICE.EXE

Googleupdateservice.exe will be found in your c:\Program Files\Google\Common\Google Updater\ folder. It installs with the Google Pack which includes Google Desktop, Google Earth, Google Pack Screensaver, Google Talk, Google Toolbar, Google Video Player and the Picasa photo program.
