Machine Debug Manager - MDM.EXE

MDM.EXE is the executable for Microsoft's Machine Debug Manager. It is used by many of Microsoft's Development tools.

You don't need to have this file in your startup progarms. It will be launched by your Development tool. Once launched, it will remain in memory even after you've exited your development tool. You can reboot to get rid of it or you can use WinPatrol to quit the task in your list of active tasks.
