Network Connections Control Panel App – NCPA.CPL.MANIFEST

Ncpa.cpl.manifest will show up in your Hidden Files list if you're running WinPatrol 10.x or later. This is normal and safe to have around. Each tool in Control Panel is represented by a .cpl file in the Windows\System32 folder. The .cpl files in the Windows\System32 folder are loaded automatically when you start Control Panel.
