StormCodec Helper – STORMSET.EXE

Stormset.exe is the StormCodec Helper. It installs with Storm Video and Music player by Ringz Studio. You'll generally find this file in your c:\Program Files\Ringz Studio\Storm Codec\ folder. (In some instances, it may be found in c:\Program Files\mpc\). This program should not need to be running all the time. It can be started from Start > Programs when needed. Most of the references we found to this program were in simplified Chinese.
